Beans Sprouting, Centers in Room #103 & Andrew's Birthday

This morning we noticed that our beans were beginning to sprout from our zip lock bags we received some brand new cabinets in our classroom we took a trip to Ms Fechtman's room and our morning centers there Ms Fechtmann came to our classroom and her students used our room for morning centers this was very exciting for each class as the children were able to see and use materials from different rooms Mr. Yack was able to get many ideas for centers... In the afternoon we read our mini books Andrew and his mother gave the class a presentation on their adventures last summer we learned all about snakes, and elephants and rhino serous  we had a little birthday feast Playground time ! A New Fish "Little Red", Tree Named Steve & Fire Drills

This morning we welcomed a new pet to our classroom...meet "Little Red"...because he's got a little red on his fins (Sprinkles has left the building) Sprinkles is a Beta fish we read a favorite book... Our Tree Named Steve when we have nice books at centers...we read them you know it's October when you see the pumpkins and the corn we had a fire drill today when we were on the playground...that was something different we discussed coconuts today...how the feel,,,,how heavy they are etc we read our mini books we had some music and motion we worked on our literacy we studied some vocabulary new labels in our science center tomorrow   Have a great night...
