Popcorn, Pumpkins & Puffballs
Today began with some discussions about popcorn. I brought in a popcorn machine and we discussed how the machine heats oil and corn and that when the corn got too hot...it pops out of its casing so much suspense... very exciting... we checked on our bean sprouts we went off to centers we had some visitors from Grand Ave School who read to us... it was time to go get our pumpkins... today we used some clothes pins and puffballs to work on our counting and fine motor skills we worked on shapes and measuring sorry...restricted... we planted some grass seed today Cameron wanted to build "towers" handwriting and literacy...
