Uniondale Pre-K 2017/18

This morning we discussed what to wear when it snows... during breakfast I asked for volunteers to write the letter Zz  we read the book The Mitten we passed the cube Krystal told us all about her weekend with Koko Nurse Farias talked to us about washing our hands we had a clothing memory game at the writing center we had a mitten decorating table we had a guided reading mini books table we went to the library for some exercise we washed our dolls we made mittens... we counted we worked together on a project

we began our day with a reading of a classic book we discovered our letter of the week we made pay doh so we needed to get some spoons for mixing Ms Sutherland made clothes Mr John weighed clothes Mr Yack worked on measurement  Cameron made this flying boat Kyrah found her ZZ's we formed shapes we picked a book to take home we cut felt to make clothes we are identifying different clothes we created some interesting shapes Jaylah made a taco shapes inside shapes more shapes a new way to use our magnets new shapes counting circles our ingredients writing on playdoh is hard well done Anthony Saadiq reads with Mr John a washing station wow !!!  we made our own clothes Goldy needs the food
